Have you lost the windows user password? Did the kids set a password and you can't log on to windows now? The only other trick in the book is to hold the or hit the F8 key while booting. If the Administrator account does not have a password then. you can make a new account after logging into safe mode, or remove the password from a non administrator account.

If files are encrypted in the account then you will have to remember the password to get back in those files. If all passwords are lost then I have a solution for you.
